PERFORMANCE-Based Search - combines the best of retained search (dedicated time and resources) and performance based recruiting (speed and lower fees). Covered in the initial installment will be preparation of Target Lists, Opportunity Specification, Research, Candidate Development, and Progress Reports for candidate comparisons, strategic industry information, and any competitive trends.

CUSTOMIZED Search - Entails a file search of the MSP database for candidates that match the spec, as well as a targeted email blast to MSP’s network of contacts and “friends of the firm”.

PROJECT-Based Search- A cost effective solution for multiple sales positions- either for large companies or early stage start-ups. Client can retain MSP on a monthly basis to provide ongoing candidates.

CONTRACT-Based Search- Ideal for internal type recruiting and larger organizations.
